I tried to make a deal with them, even had a contract. They did nothing for months, didn't do anything to try and sell the house. No phone, no emails, all the communication was me calling them trying to figure out if they had any plans. After months of waiting I gave them an Ultimatum and they tried to renegotiate the already low price by half, despite the fact we had a contracted amount. I suspect they were dragging their feet in order to do this hoping i might be in a more desperate situation by then, but I can't be sure. I wasn't playing that game, they where already in breach because of the timeframe my lawyer wrote into the contract (thank god I talk to a lawyer first about the contract) so I cancelled the whole deal. We never received the$1000 in equity in my contract if the deal fell through. Truth is they made a ton of promises and never came through on anything.

Consequently, we found ourselves waiting for this aspiring investor to secure approval from a private lender. Suddenly, this investor became unresponsive and was unreachable for signing documents. The original company, wanttosellnow.com, claimed they were no longer responsible, stating, "we sold it already." Charming, isn’t it?
They entice sellers (in this case, us) with a low offer under the pretense of a cash purchase, only to eventually reveal that neither they nor their new buyer, the aspiring investor, actually have the cash. If I had wanted to wait for a typical buyer needing loan approval, I could have sold to anyone walking through the door for a significantly higher price. Ultimately, everything fell into place, but not without numerous delays and a plethora of unmet promises on their part.
The lessons learned are as follows:
1 - The offers made by these companies are completely unrelated to market value or appraised / assessed value. If you expect otherwise, you are mistaken and a fool, indeed.
2 - Unless you are prepared to accept a substantial loss on your property, avoid signing with such companies.
3 - If you are comfortable with points 1 and 2 mentioned above, do not anticipate prompt communication or responses after you have accepted their offer.

Worst experience of my life! Not exaggerating at all. Pushy and did not hold up on giving advance for us to pay for living arrangements. They DO NOT CARE about their customers at all, just money hungry!

Not very reliable and poor communication skills. Kept giving us the run around. Sam never ever responds to calls or text. Wouldn't recommend and was a complete waste of over 30 days.

I saw the paperwork I witnessed their experience. It was awful. They will prey on the desperate and innocent people. They will take an insane percentage from the seller. Company sounded good in the beginning, come to find out 20 days until contract is up I was told I was better off selling with a Real estate agent. David, Kyler, and Travis made everything sound like it was going to be a breeze but in the end the didn’t want to hold up their end and pay me out after the 45-60 days!
This company currently bought a condo from my landlord who's avoiding the law suite for breach of contract ,retaliation ,invasion of privacy and quiet enjoyment of the condo where I live along with illegal lockout for 4 months while they worked out there deal I got no notice of landlord s intention to sale the condo or some of my belongings .I have regained access to where I live and this company is giving me 3 day notice to vacate the premises ? I am a single mom with 2 under age kids .your company should not be helping landlords wash their hands!!!!! there's tenant rights I don't just get 3 days especially when there's a contract!

Started to sell our house back in April. Everything was going great. They broke their end of the contract by not having the money available for the house by the date in which they set promising upfront funds to help move that never happened now they’re trying to sue us months and months later when they broke the contract and we did not

Only gave one star because it made me. This was a horrible experience. David, Amber, Kyler, and Sam are not great with communication. We did not get our full payment because fees were taken out over about $2000.00 worth that we was not aware of. We been trying to reach Kyler and Amber since we received our payments and we been ignored because they know our numbers. But it's okay, transaction is completed after a breach contract, so please be advise when selling with this company if you are a person who does not like poor given communication and information. I wish I did more research and weight out our options, but our first few interactions with David seemed genuine and real so we was definitely blinded by his hospitality in the beginning.
