I wish i could give negative numbers to warn future clients to not use this company or any similar company. I witnessed a family member deal with this company. I saw the paperwork I witnessed their experience. It was awful. They will prey on the desperate and innocent people. They will take an insane percentage from the seller. This couldn’t be more of an example of how big companies take from the little people and have no remorse. To put this in very lame terms. This business is the equivalent to pawn shops for housesThey will take an average of more than 50% of the profit for what? I can’t emphasize enough use a legit realtor, they will take less, communicate with you more and put your best interest first. As the experience of selling the house you worked so hard for should be.Be very careful the documents you sign because if you don’t understand what you are signing you will basically give all rights of selling your house to them and you have no voice no choice because they have money and more attorneys than you can affordThey prey on the ignorance and trusting people.This is so disheartening to watch people get taken advantage of when they are already strugglingThere is a a special place for these business owners.
Company sounded good in the beginning, come to find out 20 days until contract is up I was told I was better off selling with a Real estate agent. David, Kyler, and Travis made everything sound like it was going to be a breeze but in the end the didn’t want to hold up their end and pay me out after the 45-60 days!
This company currently bought a condo from my landlord who's avoiding the law suite for breach of contract ,retaliation ,invasion of privacy and quiet enjoyment of the condo where I live along with illegal lockout for 4 months while they worked out there deal I got no notice of landlord s intention to sale the condo or some of my belongings .I have regained access to where I live and this company is giving me 3 day notice to vacate the premises ? I am a single mom with 2 under age kids .your company should not be helping landlords wash their hands!!!!! there's tenant rights I don't just get 3 days especially when there's a contract!

Started to sell our house back in April. Everything was going great. They broke their end of the contract by not having the money available for the house by the date in which they set promising upfront funds to help move that never happened now they’re trying to sue us months and months later when they broke the contract and we did not

There was little to no communication with the "filing manager", waited days to hear back from her, all I heard was excuse after excuse as to why she didn't get back with us. They backed out of the contract! Do not do business with them, you are better off selling yourself as all they do is post your house on Facebook Market place. They will not buy your house in any condition! They promise the world and deliver nothing, not even responses. Seller beware!
Only gave one star because it made me. This was a horrible experience. David, Amber, Kyler, and Sam are not great with communication. We did not get our full payment because fees were taken out over about $2000.00 worth that we was not aware of. We been trying to reach Kyler and Amber since we received our payments and we been ignored because they know our numbers. But it's okay, transaction is completed after a breach contract, so please be advise when selling with this company if you are a person who does not like poor given communication and information. I wish I did more research and weight out our options, but our first few interactions with David seemed genuine and real so we was definitely blinded by his hospitality in the beginning. You live and you learn. Blessings to all at the end of the day.
